The Way of Shinrin-yoku
Tokyo

In the heart of Tokyo, there are enchanting parks and forests waiting to be discovered. The parks and forests introduced here are surrounded by flowers and trees, offering a peaceful escape that can make visitors forget they are in the city center. Depending on the season, blooming flowers, cherry blossoms in spring, or the vibrant autumn foliage can be enjoyed. So, visitors may have the chance to enjoy the seasonal beauty that Japan is known for.
While walking slowly, participants are guided by a certified forest bathing facilitator to open their senses, become immersed in nature, and enjoy a deeply relaxing experience. These urban forests are easily accessible, making them ideal even for those with limited time who still wish to experience forest bathing.
