Join us in celebration of International Go to Forest Day for a rare Forest Bathing experience with special guest
guides from Japan, Akiko and Yuko, who are trained in both traditional Shinrin-Yoku and ANFT Forest Therapy.
Together, we will explore the roots of forest bathing, awaken our senses, and experience nature through a more
relational lens. Akiko and Yuko will share insights into Shinrin-Yoku, Shinto traditions, and how seeing nature as sacred can deepen our connection with the land and inspire stewardship. Participants will also enjoy an authentic tea ceremony as part of this unique and meaningful experience. |
